how I work

Taking techniques from meditation, yogic philosophies and proven wellbeing practices, I help you to apply this work in real life, not only to cope better if you’re having a hard time but to really live as fully as possible.

Each session and event is carefully crafted to help you connect very deeply with the different layers of your being - physical, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual - in order to feel a connection to your true self.

At the moment I have one weekly open class and will be launching a quarterly event too. The rest of my work is with private and corporate clients. If you would like to work with me on a 1-2-1 basis, or if you have a corporate opportunity, then please drop me a line.
